Facebook Group Creation and Management

  • Create and setup your group

  • Enlist your fans/readers to join the group

  • Approve and welcome new members

  • Schedule engagement and promotional posts

  • Approve posts and answer questions, if needed

Giveaway Setup/Management

  • Brainstorm giveaway ideas with author

  • Promote the giveaway through various channels

  • Ensure all entrants follow the rules

  • Select and inform the winner(s) using a giveaway platform such as; Wheel of Names, Rafflecopter, etc.

  • Distribute/mail the prize(s) to winner(s)

  • Create a promotional plan with you that aligns to your current goals

  • Update website; ensure all links are working, website copy/graphics are up-to-date, latest books are listed, etc.

  • Schedule email/newsletter campaigns

Social Media Maintenance

  • Schedule posts on your social media platforms such as; Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

  • Schedule posts to your Facebook Author Page

  • Ensure all links are included in your link management app; LinkTree, Lnk.Bio, etc.

  • Update author bio(s) on social media platforms, as needed

  • Review and/or remove inappropriate social media comments

  • Create ARC/Street Team signup form

  • Create Facebook group for the team, if not already created

  • Keep track of all team members and ensure they are fulfilling assigned tasks

  • Deliver ARCs, promotional graphics, pre-made (or suggested) copy to team members

  • Communicate and update team members at all times and answer questions they may have via email, through the group, etc. 

Blog Tour Setup and Outreach Management

  • Setup and schedule blog tour

  • Reach out to niche related bloggers and media outlets for features/tour stops

  • Research and submit your media kit to podcasts to be featured

Tier IV - Build Your Own (BYOP)

Starting at $195 $156/Month

Step 1: Select Tier IV at checkout.

Step 2: Fill out the form & list services needed at checkout.

Step 3: Pay the $195 $156 deposit. It will be deducted from your finale invoice, if applicable.

Step 4: We will contact you for more details &/or to discuss pricing, and finalize package.

Step 5: Finale invoice will be sent & services will begin after invoice is paid.
